Requirements
Authorisation: The application must be made by the company holding the authorisation to set up a gambling casino.
Modification: To be the holder of an authorization to open and operate gambling casinos.
Depending on the modification that is intended to be made:- If it affects the premises where the casino is installed, plans and project signed by a competent technician.
- If it affects the share capital of the owner company, deeds, etc.
Renewal: At least six months before the end date of the term of validity of the authorisation.
