Authorization of Bullfighting Schools.

To authorise the operation of bullfighting schools that meet the requirements set out in the Regulations on Bullfighting Shows approved by Royal Decree 145/1996, of 2 February.

Requirements

The application for authorisation must be made together with the following documentation:
a) Justification report, with an expression of the persons in charge of the bullfighting school and material and budgetary elements for their activity, indicating, where appropriate, the amount to be received for the teaching and teaching plan.
b) Plan for the compatibility of specific bullfighting education with the compulsory schooling of students.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Place(s) for in-person submission

In accordance with the provisions of Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Interested parties may submit their applications to the following Registries:

  • In the electronic register of the Administration or Body to which they are addressed, as well as in the other electronic registers of any of the subjects referred to in Article 2.1.
  • At Post Offices, in the manner established by regulations.
  • At the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
  • At registration assistance offices.
  • In any other established by the provisions in force.
