AUTHORISATION: Article 14 of Decree 122/99, of 4 November, regulation of the game of Bingo: That the bingo hall whose opening is requested has been granted the installation authorisation. The opening permit must be requested at least fifteen days before the date on which it is scheduled, accompanied by the following documents:
AMENDMENT: Article 16. Prior authorisation shall be required:
a) All modifications that imply alteration of any of the terms of the opening permit and, in particular, those relating to the opening hours and the capacity of the Room.
b) The substantial modifications that are intended to be made to the premises, especially in terms of security measures, gaming equipment and facilities.
c) The suspension of the operation of the room for a period not exceeding six months.
The following shall require communication within ten days:
Changes in the composition of the Boards of Directors of the companies holding the authorisation.RENEWAL: Article 17. The opening permit will have a duration of ten years and will be renewable for periods of equal duration.
The application for renewal must be submitted at least three months before the date of expiry of the application, and must specify those points of the application or accompany the documents referred to in Article 12 (application for opening) that have undergone a modification in their content or wish to be changed in the future.
