Requirements
- Requirements
- Be incorporated in the form of a public limited company or limited liability company and have as its object the management of casinos.
- Hold the nationality of any of the countries of the European Union and be domiciled in Spain.
- Have a minimum share capital of 300,000 euros fully subscribed and paid up.
- The shares or participations representing the share capital must be nominative.
- The participation of foreign capital may not exceed the limits established in the special regime for foreign investment in Spain.
- None of the partners or shareholders may hold shares in the share capital, or management positions in more than one gambling casino management operating company.
- Administrative fee for registration, modification and renewal.
