Requirements
Before 1 March of the following year in respect of which the data have been collected, natural or legal persons who carry out professional collection and waste treatment operations shall send a summary report of the information contained in the chronological file, where appropriate, for each of the facilities where they operate, breaking down the information for each treatment operation authorised with, at least, the content that appears in Annex XV to the Autonomous Community in which the installation is located.
The collection facilities, specific treatment and preparation centres for the reuse of WEEEs, will send to the Autonomous Communities in electronic format the annual report provided for in Article 33 of RD 110/2015, of 20 February, on waste electrical and electronic equipment, with the content of Annex XII including tables 1 and 2 of said Annex.
The Authorised Treatment Centres (CAT) for End-of-Life Vehicles (VFVU) will send the annual report to the Autonomous Communities in the format available in this procedure.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.
