Requirements
Before 1 March of the following year for which the data have been collected, the producers of hazardous waste shall send a summary report of the information contained in the chronological file, where appropriate, for each of the facilities where they operate, breaking down the information for each operation with at least the content contained in Annex XV to the Autonomous Community in which the facility is located. and in the case of waste of local competence, in addition, to local entities.
Producers who have sent all their hazardous waste shipment identification documents via the e-SIR application will be excluded from this obligation.
