Document by which the solvent management carried out is reported. This documentation verifies compliance with the obligations of the owner of the installation, identifies options for future reductions and makes it possible to make information available to the public on solvent consumption, solvent emissions and compliance with Royal Decree 117/2003, of 31 January, on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of solvents in certain activities (BOE No. 33 of 7 February 2003).

Requirements

It will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in ANNEX IV of Royal Decree 117/2003 of 31 January 2003 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of solvents in certain activities (BOE No. 33 of 7 February 2003) on the principles to be applied, mass balance and requirements for verification of compliance.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
