Requirements
It will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in ANNEX IV of Royal Decree 117/2003 of 31 January 2003 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of solvents in certain activities (BOE No. 33 of 7 February 2003) on the principles to be applied, mass balance and requirements for verification of compliance.
