Requirements

The ECAMAT must report on the control activities carried out the previous year, as well as notify their rates annually to the competent department for the protection of the atmospheric environment so that it can publicise them by the means it considers most appropriate. The tariffs will be perfectly broken down by source of continuous and discontinuous emissions, regulatory controls and self-controls for each pollutant, which will be applied in each of its areas of action, with a breakdown of the cost items that make them up.
