Requirements
Without prejudice to the specific conditions indicated for each type of applicant in Royal Decree 1045/2022, of 27 December, the following requirements must be met:
- Be an active farmer.
- Be incorporated and act as responsible for the operation, assuming effective and long-term control, day-to-day management and business risk.
- Be registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) of the Social Security for the exercise of the agricultural activity that determines their incorporation into said regime.
- Make in the Single Application of the year corresponding to the application to the national reserve, the declaration of the farm where the agricultural activity is carried out and of which it has ownership or co-ownership under an ownership or lease regime, and which appears in the Register of Agricultural Holdings.
- Have eligible hectares determined for the purposes of basic income support.
- To accredit the appropriate training or training in the agricultural field, for which determination criteria of teaching or professional training will be combined, with a minimum of 150 teaching hours.
- In the case of an application for basic aid rights, the income from the national reserve will be required to provide documentation proving that all the plots for which the allocation of these rights is requested are at their disposal.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
