Cooperatives and non-profit associations in the fishing and shellfish sector of Cantabria, which meet the conditions set out in this Order and do not meet any of the circumstances established in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, will have the status of beneficiaries of this aid. of Subsidies of Cantabria.
