Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Through any of the means established in article 134.8 of the Law of Cantabria 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

If, in the exercise of this right, the application is sent by post, it must be submitted in an open envelope at the post office so that the application can be dated and stamped by the employee of Correos y Telégrafos, S.A. before the latter proceeds to certify it, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1829/1999. of 3 December.

The subjects obliged to interact electronically with the Administration, must use exclusively electronic means to submit the application, in accordance with the provisions of Article 135 of the aforementioned Law.
