Aid for collective investments aimed at improving common use pastures by local entities in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria in order to contribute to the protection of biodiversity, enhance ecosystem services and conserve habitats and landscapes, as well as contributing to the prevention of forest fires, to the improvement of the life and work of livestock farmers in the management of livestock during the season of pasture use in public forests and the improvement of the competitiveness of the farms.

Requirements
Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that:
a) They have communal areas in their territory and are used by livestock in extensive grazing. Local entities that are tenants or usufructuaries of communal pastures that prove this condition by any means valid in law may also be recipients of the aid.
b) Have the permits, licences and administrative authorisations that, in accordance with the urban, environmental or any other applicable regulations, are mandatory for the execution of the investments, and which must be justified together with the implementation of the investments.Only one application per local entity will be admitted, in which more than one investment in different communal forests may be included.
