To establish the regulatory rules, on a direct concession basis, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2.c of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies and article 22.3.c) of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies, of aid in order to compensate for the economic losses derived from the adverse weather for potato cultivation in Valderredible during the year 2024.

Natural or legal persons who own agricultural holdings producing potatoes for consumption other than those for self-consumption located in the municipality of Valderredible during the 2024 campaign that have suffered losses due to adverse weather.
