Contra la Resolución que se adopte, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante la persona titular de la Consejería de Fomento, Vivienda, Ordenación del Territorio y Medio Ambiente o, en su caso, ante el Consejo de Gobierno si este dictó la resolución de concesión, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cantabria.
